Product Information and Pricing

Color Proofing and Matching
At Best Price Packaging, we want to be transparent about color matching and ink density. We cannot be held responsible for the final appearance of colors based on screen proofs approved by customers. Variations in color and ink density may occur. We understand the emotional attachment you have to the visual aspects of your order, and we strive to provide exceptional service. Production, Shipping, and Delivery of Orders
Your order journey begins once you’ve paid and shared your artwork with us. We review the content, and when approved, production and printing commence. Choose your preferred production speed on our website, indicating the number of working days for printing and shipment. Please send design approval before 10 am CT.
We strive to deliver your products on time, but please understand that delays in shipping may occur. We cannot be held responsible for any resulting loss or damage. Uncontrollable factors like weather or customs may impact delivery times. In the event of a printing problem, charges will be refunded, but orders won’t be cancelled due to printing delays.
For shipping within the USA, expect 10-12 days or opt for accelerated shipping (6-8 days, with 2-3 days for ground shipping) at an additional cost. Shipping to other locations will incur extra charges. We’re not liable for delivery transportation timings, loss, or damage during shipping. Any such incidents should be reported within 6 working days after shipment.
If you provide an incorrect delivery address, additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment. We’re here to ensure your satisfaction, and we appreciate your understanding in these matters.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Best Price Packaging, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of our website, products, or services, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Returns and Refunds
We understand the importance of your unique order and the emotions attached to it. Once an order is placed, all payments become final and nonrefundable. However, if we make a mistake, we will take responsibility and reprint your order. No refunds or store credits will be given under any circumstances.
If there is an issue with your order, please inform us within 3 working days. In case of a printing error, we will gladly reprint your original order, but we cannot offer a refund. To claim a reprint for a faulty product, please send it back to us at your expense within 7 business days. Rush order charges are nonrefundable.

Intellectual Property

No Liability for Errors
At Best Price Packaging, we strive to deliver high-quality printed products that meet your expectations. However, we want to clarify that we cannot be held responsible for errors in the final printed product, including:
- Spelling, grammar, and font errors
- Graphics, punctuation, and percolating marks discrepancies
- Mistakes in fonts, dielines, and cropping marks
- Cracks in folds
- Overprinting errors
- Differences in finished product size
We understand the emotional attachment you may have to your order, and we do our best to ensure accurate printing. However, please review your designs carefully before finalizing them, as we cannot be held liable for these types of errors.

Payment Order Placement or Cancellations
We value your trust in us and want to clarify our payment and order process. All prices on our website are in USD (U.S. Dollars), and we only accept payment in the same currency. Once we receive the full payment, including taxes and shipping charges, through a secure payment platform, we begin working on your order.
To ensure accuracy, please provide us with the final version of the product or service you require, either as an electronic file or a hard copy. Once your request is sent to our press department, no further changes can be made to the timing or design. However, if you need to cancel your order, you have a limited window of 4 hours after proof approval. Please note that a cancellation fee of $30 and 10% of the total payment will be charged.
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order after the initial 4-hour period. In such cases, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total payment will be applied to compensate for the time and resources invested by the company. Please note that cancellations after 24 hours are not guaranteed.

Amendments and Severability
